HOW WE DELIVER
Once you receive your shipping notification, please allow the following delivery times:

  • Cities & Metro Areas: 3-5 business days (usually 2-3 business days)

  • Regional Areas: 7-10 business days

  • International: 14-20 business days

  • EXPRESS Delivery: 1-2 business days (Australia Only)

Please Note: The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is noon. Orders received after the cut-off will be dispatched the next business day.


Returns Policy
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, as we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following carefully to fully understand your rights and our obligations.


No Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
Unfortunately, due to misuse of our previous return policy, we no longer accept “Change of Mind” returns on our clothing products for hygiene and religious purposes. This applies to items like Thobes, Hijabs, and other apparel.

If you wish to return an item due to a fault, we will offer an exchange, refund, or voucher, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 7 business days from the date you received your order. Please act promptly to avoid exceeding this timeframe.

  2. Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

  3. Condition of the Item: The product must be in re-saleable condition, meaning:

    • It is in its original packaging, including manuals and accessories.

    • It is unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original condition.

Items that are worn, opened, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.

Important Exclusions:

  • We do NOT accept returns on personal items such as swimwear, Hijabs, undergarments, Niqabs, Girls/Women’s Prayer Clothes/Prayer Sets, and Boys/Men’s Thobes for hygienic reasons. Please choose carefully to help us maintain affordable prices.


Other Returns
We will accept returns and offer a refund, exchange, or repair if:

  • The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose.

  • The product does not match the sample or description.

  • You provide adequate proof of purchase.

In some cases, we may need to return the product to the manufacturer for inspection to determine the fault. If the issue results from misuse or neglect, we reserve the right not to offer a return, exchange, or repair.


Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In cases of defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses. You can also have your goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards.


Restocking Fee
We may charge a 10% restocking fee per item returned, should we choose to accept the return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Ajwa Dates: As these are packed in a complimentary gift box, they are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. While we take steps to protect the packaging, we do not accept responsibility for damage during transit. If purchasing as a gift, please note that you accept full responsibility for any damage to the packaging during delivery.
